Keep Active is a light exercise class in a fun, social setting for anyone in the community over 60.
The class comprises a light aerobic warm-up, circuit activities using light weights, core exercises, stretching and a cool-down. It is designed to be a fun way of improving balance, increasing stamina, maintaining/increasing strength and developing more flexibility.
The class caters for all levels of fitness and is open to both men and women.
Please Note: there will be no Keep Active classes on either Tuesday 25th or Friday 28th September – we’ll be back the following week though!
When: Tuesdays 1 – 2 pm / Fridays 10 – 11 am
Where: Riverlife Baptist Church, 17 Mile Rocks
Cost: $4 per person
