A BIT ABOUT ME
I offer professional counselling, psychotherapy, support, and provide supervision for counsellors, students, clergy and chaplains. I believe each person has a uniqueness and intrinsic worth and I am passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental and respectful space for people to journey the challenges of life. It is a privilege to be a listener and to care, enabling people to make courageous choices. Some of the issues frequently explored include: grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, marriage and interpersonal relationships.
MOST DEFINING MOMENT
Experiencing deep loss changed my life forever. In these times, I turned to God to give meaning and purpose and yet I also longed to share with another who would listen without judgement and accept me through my tough days.
WHY I DO IT
I am passionate about journeying alongside people and listening.
